The People Behind Cameron Rogers

Michelle Carson, Director of Cameron Rogers & Co Solicitors

Michelle Carson

Principal Solicitor

Michelle graduated from the Queensland University of Technology in 2016 and was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland later that year.

Michelle has significant experience in property law and in planning and environment law. She acts in property disputes, disputes with council and a wide range of development matters, and works across the full life of a development — from creating body corporate schemes to registering survey plans for proposed developments, and everything in between.

Michelle is equally passionate about structuring clients' estate planning correctly: preparing testamentary trust wills where they're the right fit, putting Enduring Powers of Attorney in place, and even acting as executor when clients ask her to.

As Principal Solicitor, Michelle takes her role as leader of the firm seriously — and puts her clients and her team above all else.

Sue Cox, Senior Paralegal and Personal Assistant at Cameron Rogers & Co Solicitors

Jana Ross

Senior Conveyancing Paralegal

Jana is our Senior Conveyancing Paralegal and has been part of the team since Michelle took on the firm in December 2025. Residential conveyancing is where she's happiest — she genuinely loves connecting with clients and helping them through one of the biggest purchases or sales of their lives, keeping everything clear and moving from contract to settlement. Away from the office, Jana is a keen crocheter, and she and her husband love exploring the Sunshine Coast's restaurants and cafés — so she always has a good local recommendation on hand.

Sue Cox

Senior Estates & Probate Paralegal

Sue is our Senior Estates and Probate Paralegal and has been part of the team since Michelle took on the firm in December 2025. Well versed in probate and deceased estates, Sue is — as we like to say — exactly the person you'd want looking after your nanna's affairs. She brings a gentle touch and genuine empathy to clients navigating the loss of someone they love, and she's just as comfortable being firm with the banks to keep an estate moving when it counts. Sue is central to our Wills & Estates practice — in Michelle's words, we simply couldn't do it without her.
